Caitlyn Kulczyski

Caitlyn Kulczyski joined RGIP in the Spring of 2024 and serves as the Chief Investment Officer for the program. Caitlyn works on managing the investment committee, monitoring portfolios, deciding asset allocation, and training the Junior Research Analysts.

Caitlyn spent Summer 2025 as an Analyst Intern at David Vaughan Investments, contributing to equity research, building client reports in Morningstar and FactSet, and developing Excel/VBA tools to streamline portfolio analysis. 

​

Beyond the classroom, Caitlyn serves as Vice President of Pi Mu Epsilon (Mathematics Honor Society), competes as a Division I softball athlete, and runs a pitching-instruction program for youth players. She enjoys going on walks and playing the piano.
