Devin Shaffer

Devin Shaffer joined the RGIP in Fall 2022 and serves as the Chief Investment Officer for the Program. Devin works on the development and communication of macro- and microeconomic investment strategies and policies, asset allocation, management of the investment committee, and monitoring of all portfolios. He is also the RGIP trading room manager.

Devin passed the November 2023 CFA Level I Exam and plans to sit for the Level II Exam in November 2024. He also participated on Stetson’s competition team in the 2023 CFA Institute Global Research Challenge, winning the Florida Final. He spent his 2023 Summer with TD Securities in New York City as an Infrastructure Finance Summer Analyst. He aims to pursue a career in investments and earn the CFA designation.

 

Devin is from Burlington, CT and enjoys traveling, working out, playing golf, and riding motocross in his free time.
