INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
A Word from Our Chief Investment Officer...

Caitlyn Kulczyski
Chief Investment Officer
Class of 2026
Dear students, alumni, and Stetson community,
I am honored to serve as the Chief Investment Officer for the 2025–2026 academic year. The Roland George Investments Program (RGIP) continues to offer a distinctive, hands-on education. Students manage a real-money portfolio of $7 million in assets under management while developing the research depth, discipline, and judgment expected in the industry.
RGIP thrives because of a rigorous research process, a student-led investment committee that demands accountability, and a strong mentorship culture. We pair bottom-up security analysis with macro awareness, communicate our ideas clearly, and make decisions that reflect both conviction and risk control.
Under my leadership, our focus this year is simple and purposeful: we will elevate our junior cohort and prepare them to enter the workforce with practical skills that surpass their peers, including financial modeling, thoughtful valuation, portfolio construction, and clear investment writing. We will sharpen our process from idea sourcing to investment debriefs, raising the bar across our Growth, Value, and Fixed Income teams.
Thank you to our faculty mentors, alumni, and supporters who continually pour into this community. I’m excited for what we will build together this year, and I look forward to the research, debate, and results that follow.
