Jose Valcourt III

Jose Valcourt is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Finance (Investments concentration) and International Business, accompanied by minors in Applied Statistics and Business Analytics. He manages the largest of the three portfolios, focused on growth-oriented equities.

 

Jose has interned at some of the  largest financial firms in the world, including Citi as a Securities & Derivatives Analyst and Northwestern Mutual as a College Financial Representative, assisting in wealth management solutions. He also operates his own business as a fitness coach and was one of four students on last year's team to win the 2023 Florida CFA Research Challenge. Jose has experience evaluating equities, fixed income securities and startups at the SEED and Series A level, and he is actively pursuing his CFA Level I in May 2024.

 

Jose is from Melbourne, FL and , in his free time, plays golf, basketball, weightlifting, and volunteering with numerous organizations on Stetson's campus.
